This unlabeled grand concert sized beauty bears the hallmarks of being made by Lyon & Healy of Chicago.  Spruce top/oak back and side. sides.   Ladder braced. This guitar has incredible ringing upper mids/highs and a real "punch" to it. Rebuilt by Dan Lambert to enhance its full potential while maintaining as much vintage originality as possible. New slightly radiused ebony fretboard, new frets, new bone nut and new bone saddle, new ebony bridge, new spruce bridge-late with a maple insert, new non-adjustable.  Carbon reinforcement rod inserted into newly re-set neck, originally ladder bracing rebuilt, reinstalled using the original wood whenever possible and tweaked for better tone. Multiple top crack repairs and repairs to original binding that's missing.  Purfling has been repaired/reglued and spliced in places. Original tuners. Comes with used chipboard case of new gig bag.
