REFUNDS ON PURCHASED ITEMS:
Customers have 72 hours to notify us if they are not satisfied with an instrument and make arrangements to return it themselves. Customers always pay shipping BOTH ways when receiving or returning instruments. Instruments must be returned in original condition with no scratches, or damage otherwise. If ANY damage has been inflicted to the instrument a full refund CANNOT be guaranteed.
