Tropical stenciled black "U.A.C" branded concert size model made in the early to mid 1930s by Oscar Schmidt.  Ladder-braced. Essentially the same as Oscar Schmidt's Stella branded other branded guitars, it has the typical dry throaty sound they are famous for.  Poplar neck with deep vintage "V" profile.  Neck appears to have been reset.  Repaired back crack.  Original tuners, bridge, tailpiece, frets, etc... Comes with vintage chipboard case.
