2023 Graham Alexander OM. Wide-grained torrefied sitka spruce top. Stunning book-matched 5A-grade Hawaiian curly koa back/sides**. Fretboard and bridge are ebony. Honduras mahogany neck with volute under an art deco headcap of Alaska yellow cedar, ebony, and curly koa mated by design to an ebony heelcap and curly koa tail wedge. The rosette is elliptical ebony rings. Triple laminated interior Alaska yellow cedar solid body linings and curly Hawaiian mango bindings with b/w/b ebony purfling. Hand scalloped torrefied sitka spruce braces. Evo Gold frets and Gold Schaller 18:1 tuners. Ebony bridge pins. 5/32" wide, intonated bone saddle/bone nut. Dual action adjustable truss rod and two carbon fiber reinforcing rods. Truss rod cover is Alaska yellow cedar laminated to a solid piece of ebony. Nitrocellulose lacquer finish. SKB HSC. **Due to the inherent instability of highly figured koa in humid and dry climates, sides have been lined with 0.7mm of Alaska yellow cedar. Inquire for further information.
