Circa 1960s Kay N-3 transformed to a tone machine using Baxendale Conversions' proprietary x-bracing conversion and guitar remanufacturing method! Rebuild work includes removing the back of the guitar, removing original ladder bracing and replacing with Baxendale Conversions' own X bracing design, making a new maple bridge plate, neck geometry optimized for better tone and playability, neck reset , fretboard planed and re-radiused, new frets, original tuners replaced with Grover tuners, new bone saddle, new bone nut, new rosewood pin bridge, and various structural repairs. The Baxendale Conversions team creates a "new" guitar with tons of vintage vibe given the seasoned tone woods and world class tone matching the most desirable vintage guitars. True "green guitar tech" and "new vintage" guitar! Comes with used chipboard case or gig bag.
