Gibson Recording King Model K

C. 1939-1940 Gibson made Recording King Model K transformed to a tone machine using Scott Baxendale and team's proprietary x-bracing method.  This guitar is much less common than many Gibson made Recording King branded guitars as it has a larger J185 body shape.  Fully remanufactured to Baxendale Conversions specs including: original ladder bracing replaced with Baxendale Conversions proprietary X bracing, neck reset, new rosewood fingerboard, new frets, new Restoration tuners, new rosewood bridge, new maple bridge plate, new bone nut and new bone saddle, expert setup job, crack repairs, and other structural enhancements. The Baxendale Conversions team creates a "new" and warrantied guitar with tons of vintage vibe given the seasoned and, in most cases, solid tone woods the guitars were built with.
