Brand new 2024 Iris DF natural finish model made in Burlington, Vermont.  Inspired by classic slope shoulder dreadnaught designs (e.g. Gibson J-45) but with its own personality.  Named after Iris co-founder, Dale Fairbanks, the DF is a slope shoulder dreadnought comparable in size to a J-45. Open pore satin nitrocellulose finish.   Mahogany neck (full "C" shape carve). Bolt on Mortise and Tenon neck joint. Indian Rosewood fretboard and bar bridge. Scalloped Adirondack spruce bracing. Bone nut/saddle. Tortoise colored pick guard and body binding. Blk/W/Blk Top Purfling & Rosette.  Vintage style brass open back tuners with off-white buttons.
