Circa 1950s. Dixon Branded Kay built OM shaped model. Unlike similar Kay branded models this guitar has solid Mahogany back and sides. Nice warm, woody and robust tone! Rebuilt by Dan Lambert to enhance its full potential while maintaining as much vintage originality as possible. Original tuners. Original rosewood fretboard. New rosewood bridge. New large frets, new bone nut/new bone saddle, new carbon reinforcement rod in newly re-set neck for stability, ladder bracing rebuilt and tuned for optimal tone. Pickup installed. Chipboard case included.
