This slope-shouldered guitar is designed for brawny power. Big in sound but not short on clarity, this guitar is a nod to the traditional slope-shoulder guitars of the 1930s and ’40s. In concept, we think of the this mahogany version as a slope-shouldered DM. The pairs sound similar, and all four sound their best with medium strings and hard playing. The DS comes standard with a beautiful vintage sunburst, maple bindings, and 42-style snowflake fretboard inlays.  Tortoise pickguard.  Ebony fretboard.  Ebony belly bridge. Waverly 1129 special issue vintage oval tuners.  2 7/32" string spacing at saddle. 4 7/8" body depth.  Bone nut and saddle.  Comes with new TKL vintage tweed case.
