Brand new Iris MS-00 model handmade in Burlington, Vermont. Iris developed the MS-00 on insistence of Mark Stutman of Folkway, who is an expert in vintage Gibson guitars and for whom it’s named. This mid-thirties style guitar, with its short scale, is a wonderful complement to the line of small bodied Iris.Scalloped Adirondack spruce bracing. Open pore natural satin nitrocellulose finish. Sunburst top. Mahogany neck. Bolt on Mortise and Tenon neck joint. Indian Rosewood fretboard and bar bridge. Bone nut/saddle. Vintage style brass open back tuners with cream knobs. Ivoroid body binding and firestripe pickguard. Blk/W/Blk Top Purfling & Rosette. 2 7/32” string spacing at saddle. TKL Hardshell case.
