2007 Ed Claxton Malibar

Pre-owned 2007 "Malibar" by master luthier Ed Claxton.  A very responsive and flexible guitar!  Serial number 10/156.  German spruce top.  Beautifully figured Brazilian rosewood back/sides.  Mahogany neck with a "C" shaped profile.  Neck joins the body at the 13th fret.  Ebony bridge/fretboard. Beautiful rope style pattern purfling.   Ebony headstock and body bindings.  Highly figured rosewood headstock faceplate.  Gold Gotoh 510 tuners with ebony buttons.  14.5" lower bout/10.5" upper bout/8.5" waist.  4.25" deep. 2.25" string spacing at saddle. The guitar is in excellent condition with only very slight signs of wear play use.  One almost imperceptible approximately 3.0" long repaired back crack on lower bout area.  Custom Calton deluxe hardshell flight case.
